HomeLine provides free legal advice to Minnesota renters. They help with problems like evictions, repairs, and deposit issues.

 

Prairie Five – Emergency Services

Prairie Five’s Emergency Services program helps people in crisis with basic needs like food, shelter, or transportation. It supports those experiencing unexpected hardships.

 

Prairie Five – Energy Assistance

This program helps low-income households pay their heating and electricity bills. It can also help prevent shutoffs or fix broken heating systems.

 

Willmar Shelter

The Willmar Shelter offers temporary housing and support for people experiencing homelessness. It provides food, shelter, and case management services.

 

Swift County Human Services

Swift County HHS offers programs like food assistance, medical help, and child protection. They support families and individuals in need throughout the county.


Habitat for Humanity

Habitat is committed to connecting first-time, low- to moderate-income families with affordable homes. We currently serve seven counties throughout the region, and have connected nearly 90 families with homes since 1993. We are currently finishing up the build process for a beautiful twin home in Benson, which should be ready to have families move in by end of year. We are committed to building at least one home per county per year.
